2 oz. citric acid
1/4 c. hot water, to melt citric acid
1 lg. can orange juice
1 lg. can pineapple juice
7 1/2 c. sugar
2 gal. water

Mix all together. You can add any color of cake coloring for the color you want. Makes 3 gallons.
