CURRY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and split
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place chicken in single layer in an 8 x 12 dish. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon, curry, and cheese. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
