CURRY MEAT STUFFED PITA 
1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 c. sweet onion, minced
1 canned whole green chili, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chutney

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, minced
2 canned whole green chili, minced
1 egg
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. salad oil

In bowl, combine all ingredients for relish except chutney; set aside. Makes 1 1/2 cups of relish.

Combine first 8 ingredients for meatballs. Shape into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly. Makes 20 meatballs. In large skillet, heat salad oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 4 minutes each side, shaking pan occasionally to keep meat from sticking. To serve, stuff 3-4 meatballs into PITA BREAD. Add relish and chutney. Makes 5 servings.
