DIABETIC APPLE PIE 
9" unbaked crust
6 apples
3/4 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water

Peel and slice apples into bowl. Mix raisins, apples, nutmeg, flour, cinnamon and water. Put in pie shell and cover with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes or until apples are tender and juice bubbles up through crust.
