DIABETIC CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. sucaryl
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
2 eggs
3 lg. ripe bananas
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. raisins

Sift flour with soda. Add oil and sucaryl. Cream until light. Beat eggs until light and foamy. Combine with first mixture. Add remaining ingredients slowly and beat moderately until well mixed. Pour into 2 layer pans or 1 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. If baked in short loaf pan, bake about 60 minutes.
