GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
4 c. boiling water
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
1 stick butter
Milk

Cook grits in boiling water. Stir in 1 stick butter and 1 roll garlic cheese. Break 2 eggs into a cup, finish filling with milk. Add to grits mixture. Place in greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Grate Cheddar cheese and sprinkle over top of casserole. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Cover casserole while baking.
