MOM'S MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 -8 oz cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1 C fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C water
3 tbsp brown sugar

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loaf and place in a shallow 7 x 10 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over loaf.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350. Baste often during baking.

Makes 6 servings.
