CINNAMON BUNS 
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 cake yeast
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Warm milk lukewarm, break yeast into milk, set aside for 5 minutes. Melt butter lukewarm. Beat three eggs in separate dish. Put salt and eggs in with butter. Add sugar and Crisco with butter (beat it) then add yeast. Add 1 cup of flour at a time, if need more than 6 cups use only little more.

Rise about 2 hours, punch down, rise 1 hour. Roll out and make a mixture of sugar, butter and cinnamon to taste. Spread on dough, roll and cut into buns. Let rise then cook at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
