PICKLED GREEN TOMATOES 
1 gallon chopped green tomatoes
1 pt. chopped bell pepper or hot peppers
1 qt. chopped onions
2 1/2 qt. vinegar
1/3 c. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar together; bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, onions and peppers. After stirring, put in hot jars, cover with hot juice, and seal while still hot.
