CHOCOLATE SHORTCAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix. Pour in 8 x 12 pan and pat out. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over cooled crust.

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese.

FROSTING:

Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over entire top. Grate a small Hershey bar over top.
