TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chiles
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick or Jiffy baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese)
Sour cream (opt.)
Lettuce, chopped (opt.)
Black olives, sliced (opt.)

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread into a large greased pie plate. Spread chopped chilies over meat mixture. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth; pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes in 400 degree oven. Top with tomatoes and cheese and continue baking approximately 8 to 10 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool approximately 5 minutes and garnish with sour cream, lettuce, olives and more cheese, if desired.
