RYE AND BEEF DIP 
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 lb. dried beef, cut up fine
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 round rye breads

Mix first 6 ingredients and chill. Cut center out of breads and cut slits or pieces in remaining bread so it can easily be torn off and dipped into dip.

When ready to serve, put dip in center.
