MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if using salted nuts)
1 1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped coarsely

Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, salt, nuts, and vanilla. I use 2 (8 inch) pie shells and bake them 7 to 10 minutes before filling them. Fill and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes more. When cool top with whipped cream.
