RAISIN PECAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. raisins
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix cereal, flour, soda, salt and sugar in a very large bowl. Combine oil, butter, eggs, nuts, raisins and buttermilk in another bowl. Stir into dry ingredients, making sure you mix flour in thoroughly. Fill muffin tins with liners and fill 1/2 full or slightly more. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 60.
