STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. minute rice
1 egg
1 c. water
1 pkg. meatloaf mix (French's or McCormick)
3 sweet peppers (seeded & cut in half)
Tomato sauce

Mix first 5 ingredients and spoon into pepper shells. Place in baking pan and cover with tomato sauce. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
