COWBOY POT ROAST | |
2 to 3 lbs. beef shoulder pot roast (or better cut) 2 tbsp. fat 1 med. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 of 12 oz. can of beer 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Brown meat. Add onion and garlic, saute until transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours. |
