CROCK POT ROAST 
2 1/2 lb. roast
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 c. celery
4 potatoes
2 carrots, cut up
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in crock pot on high for 8 hours; ready when you get home.

Serve with bread and small salad.
