CRAZY PASTA PIE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef or chicken
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Clove of garlic, finely minced
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Add 1/4 cup butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Turn spaghetti into a greased 10 inch pie plate and spread to make a crust. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of pie. Saute onion, green pepper and meat until cooked through. Remove excess fat. Add sugar, paste, oregano, cut up tomatoes with juice, salt and garlic. Heat until warm. Pour into pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
