1 to 1 1/2 lbs. cooked bacon or sausage 9 eggs beaten (or Egg Beaters) 3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash salt Dash red pepper French bread cut into cubes in bottom of casserole with meat on top and liquid poured over this. Top with 1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese. I use 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Freezes well after cooked and reheats in microwave. |
