GRECIAN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 whole eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. corn oil
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (lemon)

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl; beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan, tube or 11 x 15, and bake according to directions on cake mix box.

Icing:

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp. frozen concentrate of orange juice

Mix and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. When hot cake is taken from the oven, punch about 100 holes in it with ice pick, punching through to bottom of cake. Pour icing mixture over hot cake and let it stand until cold.
