CHICKEN CHIP BAKE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 sm. onion, chopped very fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. sprinkle with cheese and border with chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
