PUEBLO PETE 
1 c. Masa Harina (corn flour)
1 can cream corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. diced green chilies

Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Saute onion with hamburger. Drain grease, add chili powder and garlic salt. Mix well. Add cream corn, stewed tomatoes and green chilies. Remove from heat, add Masa, stir well. Add cheese. Spoon into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream, salsa and tortilla chips.
