MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising meal
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (#2) can corn
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. med. grated cheese
1/3 c. chopped hot banana pepper
1/4 c. juice from canned pepper
1 onion, grated
1 1/2 c. sweet milk

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a heavily greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees or until done.
