SWEET SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Leaf spinach to taste
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. broccoli, cut into med. florets
1 med. red onion, cut into rings

Combine dressing ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

Mix vegetables; stir and pour dressing over and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serves 6-9 persons easily.
