SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
3 sweet potatoes (cook, drain, mash) cream with 1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk

Bake at 350 degrees (15-20 minutes) in greased casserole.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or etc.

Mix topping; place on top of potatoes, dot with butter. Put back in oven. Bake 15-20 minutes.
