RHUBARB BUTTER CRUNCH 
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Combine. Place in a greased 8x10 inch baking dish.

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. raw rolled quick oats
1 1/2 c. flour

Combine. Cut into dry mixture, 1 cup butter. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
