MEXICAN LASAGNE 
2 flour tortillas
2 chicken breasts, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. salsa
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped olives
Non stick vegetable spray

Set aside 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese for topping. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream.

Spray round baking dish with a non stick vegetable spray. Layer in following order: 1 tortilla, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 refried beans, 1/2 cream cheese and sour cream mixture, 1/2 salsa, 1/2 chopped green chilies, 1/2 olives and 1/2 shredded cheese. Repeat layers ending with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered. Cut in serving pieces and serve.
