MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Ranch style or chili beans
Salt and pepper
4 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 head lettuce
4 oz. grated cheese
8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 lg. avocado, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped

Brown ground beef with can of drained beans. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix onion, tomatoes, and lettuce. Add cheese and salad dressing and toss. Crumble and add Doritos. Add avocado. Mix hot ground beef and beans with salad and serve immediately.
