1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
4 c. Special K cereal
2 c. peanut butter

Put sugar and Karo in large pan. Mix together and then let cook to a rolling boil for 45 seconds. Take off heat and add peanut butter and mix until melted. Stir in cereal and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool.
