ZUCCHINI COBBLER 
Filling:

8 c. sliced zucchini
2/3 c. real lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cook zucchini in lemon juice until tender (about 20 minutes). Add sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Simmer one more minute. Add 1/2 cup of crust mixture to thicken.

Crust:

1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 cubes butter

Mix together to form a crumb mixture. Press half of remaining crust mixture into bottom of 9 by 13 inch pan and bake the crust for 10 minutes at 375°F. Place filling over baked crust. Add 2 tsp. of cinnamon to the remaining crust mixture. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. This taste like apple cobbler. It's very good.
