SUPER MEAT 'N' POTATO PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 can French style beans (optional)

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate (glass if it is to go into microwave). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; spoon off fat. Mix mashed potatoes and soup, then put on meat, then put on the French style beans. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with cooked sliced bacon, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
