SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
6 extra lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 level c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, sour cream, flour and soda. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and add vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Turn off oven and let cake stay in oven for another 25 minutes.
