HAM JAMBALAYA 
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 to 2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. water
3/4 c. uncooked rice

Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender. Add bouillon diluted with one soup can of water, rice and ham. Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
