CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed crackers (Ritz)

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well and cool. Combine mayonnaise, soup, eggs and grated cheese. Stir in cooked broccoli. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
