CANDIED CARROTS 
3 bunches baby carrots
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
Chopped parsley - a sprinkle
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook and drain carrots.

2. Melt butter; add water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add carrots. Cook over low heat, turning frequently until evenly glazed.

3. Sprinkle top with parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
