MACAROON HAYSTACKS 
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. crisp cornflakes

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add vanilla, coconut, nuts and cornflakes; mix.

Drop by teaspoons on well oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool slightly. Remove to cookie rack. Let cool, store in tightly closed container. Makes 3 dozen.
