CORNED BEEF FLORENTINE SQUARES 
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Edam cheese, grated
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cans Maple Leaf Flakes corned beef, drained and flaked

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs and milk. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in egg mix. Add cheese, spinach and corned beef. Blend well. Spread over melted butter in pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
