2 c. shredded zucchini, well drained
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well together. Make out into cakes, and fry until brown.
