2 c. zucchini squash (grated)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs
1 tsp. onion salt
Flour

Mix first 6 ingredients. Shape into small cakes. Roll in flour and fry in shortening until brown. Serve hot or cold.
