PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted self rising flour
12 oz. can Pet milk
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Combine above ingredients. Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pecan pieces may be sprinkled on top during the last ten minutes of baking time. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.
