JALAPENO POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potato
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 roll garlic cheese
1 roll jalapeno cheese

Boil potatoes in jackets. Don't overcook. Cool. Melt butter and add flour. Stir in milk slowly. Cube cheese and add to mixture, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Slice and peel potatoes round and make layer in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layer of potatoes and salt and pepper. Pour cheese sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
