1 box white cake mix with pudding
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can Lopez cream of coconut

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Use 2 (9") cake pans.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle top with coconut.
