SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1 sm. Jello instant coconut pudding 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. Crisco oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk Blend with mixer, then add following with spoon: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. coconut 2/3 c. nuts Add to first mixture with spoon. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Cook at 325 degrees until done, approximately 1 hour. Let set in pan a few minutes before turning out. Cake will shrink. Cake is best when cooked several hours before serving. |
