FRESH APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9 inch) shell, unbaked
1 1/2 c. Borden or Meadow Gold sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 med. all-purpose apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes. In small mixer bowl, beat sour cream, condensed milk, juice, egg and vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Wire whisk is okay. Pour into shell. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool.
