STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
4 large green peppers
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
butter

Wash and clean peppers. Parboil peppers for 5 minutes. Let cool and drain. Combine rice, meat, salt, pepper and butter; mix well. Stuff peppers; place peppers in a pan, uncovered, with a little water in the bottom.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour (check after 45 minutes). Heat can of tomato sauce and serve with peppers.
