THANKSGIVING TURNOVERS 
PASTRY:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Pastry: Mix all ingredients together with pastry blender until mixture forms ball. Chill 30 minutes.

Filling: Mix all ingredients together.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough on lightly floured board 3 inches in diameter and 1 teaspoon mixture, fold in half and seal. Brush with egg yolk and water mix together. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
