GREEK STUFFING 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. uncooked white rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1/2 c. white raisins
1 c. pine nuts
2 c. chopped onion season
2 c. chopped celery salt
1 cube butter
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. poultry
Season, parsley
Salt, nutmeg
Cinnamon, sugar

Brown ground chuck. Cook rice as directed. Saute onion and celery in butter, add seasonings. Mix all ingredients together, serve warm.
