SCREWNOODLE SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3/4 sm. pkg. screwnoodles
2 boiled eggs
2 sm. c. shrimp, boiled and peeled
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. bell pepper
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. crab meat
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimentos
4 slices American cheese, chopped

Cook and cool separately - then combine in large bowl first 3 ingredients. Saute and season to taste next 4 ingredients. Add crab meat and mushrooms. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Combine sauteed mixture to noodle mixture. Add pimentos and cheese.
