CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. sugar

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can prepared cherry pie filling

Microwave.

Setting: Normal cook operation. Total time 7 minutes for a 9" glass pie plate.

To Make Crust: Melt butter in pie plate about 30 seconds. Blend in mixture of graham crackers, flour and sugar. Press crumbs evenly into pie plate.

To Make Filling: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until soft. Blend in sugar and egg. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Pour into crust and cook until firm, approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Cool on rack for 5 to 8 minutes.

To Make Topping: Blend together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon over cheese filling and cook 3 minutes. Cool on rack and top with cherry pie filling.

Refrigerate overnight or until thoroughly chilled.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
