CHERRY CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cans apples or peaches
1 can cherries or blueberries

Mix first six ingredients together. Mixture will be crumbly. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish. Spread canned fruit over mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
